Some PDF documents in the Workspace do not load correctly when viewed using the browser PDF plugin.
The documents this may affect are:
- ABN Summary
- ACN Summary
- Name Summary
To view these documents, first download the document to the local computer, then open in the desktop PDF viewer application.
This may be the case when the document has successfully downloaded to the Workspace, as indicated by a green progress bar on the document...
... but when opened from the Workspace, the document displays a message saying "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document."
There will also be information about how to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader.
To view these documents, first download the document to the local computer, then open in the desktop PDF viewer application.
