If you experience problems and receive a status of Failed in the Overview - Orders section, click on the Show details button. This will display a reason for the unsuccessful order,
Some common reasons may include:
- Title not held or cancelled.
- No relational extract.
- No relational data was found.
- Server error. Service is currently unavailable.
