The Encompass Workspace Manager is a way for you to manage your workspaces. From the workspace manager you can;
- Create New - start a new workspace
- View workspaces that have been Shared with you
With a workspace selected;
- Open - open an existing workspace
- Share - copy a view-only link or an edit link to share with a colleague
- Edit - edit the name of the workspace
- Archive - remove (but not delete) the workspace from current list
You can access the encompass Workspace Manager by clicking on Menu to open the global menu. From there click on Workspaces.
