A suite of three reports that help you order, interpret, analyse and communicate key commercial information quickly:

  • Dynamic Company and Securities Report

Dynamic Company & Securities Report has been created specifically for customers who access company and financial securities information in Australia. The report is designed to be used where both ASIC and PPSR searches are required as part of that business process.

The product provides the capability to verify a company’s identity prior to ordering a report, whilst also simultaneously automating the search criteria to be used for creating the report from the ASIC’s Companies Register, the ATO’s Australian Business Register and the AFSA’s Personal Property Securities Register.

The Dynamic Company and Securities Report is a customised report that enables users to run a combined ASIC Current (or Current and Historical) Company Extract and the PPSR Organisation Grantor Search. The custom built report includes a summary of information from both reports.

  • Company Information - Current or Current & Historical

  • Report Data Sources – from which data sources the information has been collated
  • Encompass Visualisation – summary of the chart from which a user can directly access the Encompass workspace (with a subscription) or for a once off paid fee
  • Company Directors/Secretaries/Other Roles – with direct links to Search Manager to purchase the related Company and Business documents
  • Share Capital – with a direct link to purchase the ASIC document
  • Shareholder and Members - with a direct link to purchase the ASIC document
  • ASIC Documents – with direct links to purchase the documents from Search Manager

  • Security Registration Details (A maximum limit of 1500 registrations will be included in the Report. You can download all registrations from Search Manager or the Encompass Workspace)
  • Dynamic Securities Report - 

The Dynamic Securities Report is a customised report that includes a summary of security information obtained from PPSR.

When Searching PPSR for Assets, results can vary from one security registration (certificate) to thousands. Encompass has maximised the efficiency of the Dynamic Company Securities Report by introducing a threshold.

A maximum of 1500 Registrations (certificates) will be included in the customised combined report. You will be able to Download the Certificates in Search Manager and Encompass for all registrations.

  • Dynamic Company Report - 

    The Dynamic Company Report is a report where you can obtain key details about a company, its identity, ownership and directors. This report is for anyone who does company searches as part of their business processes, for example in conducting due diligence before entering into a commercial arrangement or a financial transaction.

     The DCR provides a wide range of both current and historical company information. The report does an ABN lookup and obtains Company Current and Historical information from ASIC.
