Each time you complete a search, you will find yourself in the Overview.
The menu that displays from here is referred to as the Workspace menu, and includes options to display different views of the workspace; Overview, Chart, Documents and List. Each of these views are described in detail in their own article.
You can return to the Encompass menu (global) by clicking on the menu button. Once clicked, the menu icon will change to a close button .
The Overview provides a summary of the Workspace including the; Customer reference, Workspace name, Owner, Created and Last edited date.
Located at the top of the View (and in all Views) you will see two buttons;
New search - takes you to the encompass Search form to run a new search
Details - opens and closes a details panel containing important additional information on the workspace or selected entity.
The following actions are available from the Overview section;
|Download||Will download all of your reports, a copy of your chart, the html link to the Workspace, and any attachments you have uploaded. The files are contained in a single compressed ( .zip) file.|
|Refresh||Allows you to re-purchase all the reports in the workspace in a single transaction. Please refer to the article - How to refresh the workspace.|
|Share||Allows you to copy a link that will provide access to the workspace. You can then send the link to a colleague or client. You can select whether to send a link where the recipient will be able to make changes to the workspace or to view the details only. How to share the workspace.|
|Edit||Allows you to edit the Workspace name.|
The bottom section of the Overview is the Order Manager. Here you will see all the completed Orders that have been added to the workspace. You will also see any orders that have not been successful.
Click on the Show Details link to retrieve a message advising the reason for an unsuccessful order.
