Remove a match link

There are often situations where data returned from different Information Providers cannot be identified as one and the same, and may not be one and the same. encompass creates two separate entities and includes a link showing a possible match.

The details panel of the profile (when nothing is selected) will also include a section with the Manual Merge Candidates. You can merge the entities if you know they are one and the same. However, in certain circumstances you may wish to retain both entities and remove the link showing a possible match.

1. Select the match? label

2. Open the Details panel 

3. Click on the No match button. 

You will be asked to confirm the action as it cannot be undone.

2. Click Confirm

Encompass will remove the link and label between the two entities.
